Description

A Spanish introduction, especially good in soups. Approx. 50 seeds/packet.

Culture

In late fall or early spring (Feb. in low desert) plant seed 1/2 inch deep and 4 inches apart. Plants are winter hardy and are not damaged by light frosts.

Seed Saving

An annual, mainly self pollinated. Small pods contain 1 or 2 seeds. Harvest entire plant, thresh and winnow.
