MISSION: Native Seeds/SEARCH is a non-profit organization working to conserve, distribute and document the adapted and diverse varieties of agricultural seeds, their wild relatives and the role these seeds play in cultures of the American Southwest and northwest Mexico.
VISION: We envision the Greater Southwest as a place where farms and gardens, kitchens and tables, stores and restaurants are brimming with the full diversity of aridlands-adapted heirloom crops; people are keeping the unique seeds and agricultural heritage alive; and the crops, in turn, are nourishing humankind.
We are proud of our community involvement via outreach efforts such as providing in-kind donations, technical assistance and educational speakers.
We are happy to provide a free, one year membership to our organization. This membership would entitle the bearer to a 10% discount on retail items, our informative newsletter, and invitations to events.
