New item - Mesquite Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix*!
This mix is made with vegan chocolate chips, 100% non-GMO heritage grains (low-gluten White Sonora wheat and wild harvested mesquite flour) that are grown, harvested & milled within 25 miles of Tucson. Mesquite flour is slightly sweet and nutty and adds a unique flavor to baked goods.
*You will need to add unsalted butter or coconut oil, 1 egg or egg alternative, and vanilla extract.
Decided to see what all was available in the pantry section and saw this mix. Thought it sounded good and decided to give it a go, especially seeing as the chocolate chips were labeled vegan. Was not disappointed in the slightest because the cookies turned out absolutely delicious!!!

Delicious cookies, plenty of chocolate chips, and easy to prepare. We bought more for our out-of-state relative's holiday stockings. Highly recommend them!
The mix was very easy to make and the cookies were a big hit at the office potluck. Will be ordering more for upcoming parties.
