    • Grown by Ramona Farms, an Akimel O'odham owned business located on the Gila River Indian Reservation near Sacaton, AZ. Made from heirloom Pima Club Wheat, a soft white wheat prized for biscuit and pastry flour. The wheat berries are Mesquite parched and stone milled to produce this ancient "fast" food.

    Mix 2-3 heaping tablespoons into an 8 oz. glass of water, juice or smoothie. Sprinkle on yogurt or cereal. A nutritious, high energy snack food and excellent source of protein, fiber and carbohydrates. Enjoy!
