Slo-Bolt Cilantro

I've had so much trouble with cilantro bolting at the slightest provocation. While this variety will eventually bolt, it takes a little longer to do it. Which gives me time to harvest. I grow a crop, cut off a good harvest, and then dry it. Sometimes I can get several more crops from the plant before I allow it to bolt and go to seed. Then, of course, I save the seeds. The taste is great! For those who are into hydroponics and kratky, this variety did great with both methods.

Thus far I have only grown this indoors under a light, so have not been able to test it against summer heat. But the smell and flavor are fantastic.

They all sprouted and are growing well.

My cilantro has already germinated and is growing well, I can't wait to try in recipes!
