All of the chiles, herbs and beans listed are hand-picked and imported from Oaxaca, Mexico. 

This Mole Negro Starter Kit is gluten free and easy to prepare in under 10 minutes. All you need to add is your favorite broth/stock, tomato sauce, a sprinkle of brown sugar (or Oaxacan chocolate) and a dash of salt.

How to Make: Mix entire bag of mole paste with 15 oz. of unsalted tomato sauce in a large saucepan. Stir and simmer under medium heat until paste is fully dissolved. Add 3 cups of veggie or chicken broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (or grated Oaxacan chocolate). Makes 6 cups. 

Mole Negro Ingredients: Mulato chile, Mexican pasilla chile, black chilhuacle chile, canola oil, salt, plantains, sesame seeds, garlic, onion, thyme, clove, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, oregano, peanuts, walnuts, raisins, almonds, sugar, sodium added as a preservative. NOTE: This product contains nuts.
