This handwoven basket is by Tohono O'odham artist Della Cruz from Sells, Arizona. Della & Fred Cruz are known for their unique, figurative, sculptural baskets.

• This woven Owl basket measures approximately 6.5 inches tall (to the ear tips) and 5 inches in diameter at widest point where wings are attached. Head is removable for storage inside basket.
• Plant materials are hand gathered from the Sonoran Desert.
• Green inner coils are native Beargrass and the white, split stitches are of sun bleached yucca, the green split stitches are unbleached yucca. The black material used for facial details is Devil's Claw pod.
• Keep away from sunlight to maintain color variations.
