    • Phaseolus acutifolius.  This brown tepary variety was collected by NS/S in 1984 from a grower in Ajo, AZ, who originally got the seed in Caborca, Sonora.  This is just one of many examples of seeds passing from hand to hand across the border.  From our Seed-Bank Collection.

    • Habit: some twining but not a vigorous climber
    • Approx. 6g/50 seeds per packet.

    not planted yet, but should do well

    the seeds arrived very fast, and are packaged well, but I will not know for several months from now how well the seeds germinate or how well the plants will grow in my area.
