San Juan Pueblo Cushaw
EA007Cucurbita argyrosperma. A rare squash from Ohkay Owingeh, formerly San Juan Pueblo. Fruits can grow up to 15 lbs and are light with green stripes, slowly ripening to yellow/orange. Some fruits have a rounded pear shape, others have necks. Some have warts on the upper parts. Flesh is light yellow-orange. Plants show a good resistance to squash bugs.
