Zea mays. A sixth generation cross between Anasazi and Tuxedo, this sweet corn was bred by the late Jonathon Spero, organic breeder from Southern Oregon. Festivity has large deep kernels excellent for roasting or cutting off the cob. 2 ears per plant. A hint of color at milk (fresh eating) stage ripens to bright multicolored ears at maturity.
