Large white, flat kernels, used for posole (hominy). Also great for fresh roasting and tamales. Grown in the pueblo in northern New Mexico. Hefty ears. Plants are 8-9' tall. 63 days to pollination, 111 days to dried ears from planting in Patagonia, Arizona (4,000'). Approx. 18g/50 seeds per packet.
