Phaseolus vulgaris. (Tarahumara Azufrado) This bean has a distinctive flavor and smooth texture, and is a staple at many elevations in the Sierra Madre. Medium-sized, egg-shaped, sulfur and beige-colored seeds. From our Seed Bank Collection.
