Conservation Director, Full Time

Native Seeds/SEARCH is seeking a Conservation Director to lead our efforts to conserve and steward arid-adapted crop diversity, with a focus on supporting Indigenous growers and communities. This role provides technical leadership for seed conservation, farm and seed bank operations, outreach and education, and partnerships that advance traditional agriculture and seed sovereignty across the Southwest. The Conservation Director also supervises key conservation staff and helps develop grants and programs that sustain this work.
