- We cannot respond to emails or phone messages outside of business hours as we are a small non-profit dedicated to seed conservation and dependent on volunteers. We work as quickly as possible to process, pack, and ship your order!
- Once your order has shipped you will receive a Shipping Notification by email.
- Most items are shipped via USPS and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Within 30 days of receipt, you can return any non-seed item for a full refund (excluding any shipping charges), provided the product or item is unused and undamaged (in new condition and in its original packaging).
- We are unable to accept seed returns due to the variable conditions during shipping but please let us know if you have questions, concerns, or need a refund by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or 520-622-0830 ext. 4
