Shipping
Due to extremely high volume in seed orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any order containing Seeds. All of our collection seeds are packed by hand directly from our seed bank. We are working as fast as we can. Thak you for your patience.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific time)
  • Any questions via email or by phone will be answered Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific time)
  • We cannot respond to emails or phone messages outside of business hours as we are a small non-profit dedicated to seed conservation and dependent on volunteers. We work as quickly as possible to process, pack, and ship your order!
  • Once your order has shipped you will receive a Shipping Notification by email.
  • Most items are shipped via USPS and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns

  • Within 30 days of receipt, you can return any non-seed item for a full refund (excluding any shipping charges), provided the product or item is unused and undamaged (in new condition and in its original packaging).
  • We are unable to accept seed returns due to the variable conditions during shipping but please let us know if you have questions, concerns, or need a refund by contacting orders@nativeseeds.org or 520-622-0830 ext. 4
