Lettuce

Please do not order more than 3 packets of any one variety, and no more than 40 packets total.

A ubiquitous and versatile green, lettuce makes an excellent winter green in the low desert and performs well as a summer vegetable at higher elevations. To assure a steady supply of fresh tender greens, stagger plantings every ten days, planting smaller amounts more often as the weather becomes hot.
