Panicum sonorum. A native domesticate of arid America, the grass is used as a forage and the tiny seed harvested for grain. Replace a quarter to half of the flour in recipes with finely ground seed. Panic grass is a warm weather crop.  In the low desert it is traditionally planted with the summer rains. Approx. 0.5g/500 seeds per packet.
