Pima Corn Grits

Truly delightful. Perfect texture and beautifully aromatic, these grits are unequivocally the greatest.

These are the best grits I have ever had! The flavor is deep and complex. I used my instant pot but will experiment with different cooking methods in the future.

These grits, cooked slow with broth, onion, and chopped greens make a beautiful meal. With roasted potato--any kind, from white to sweet--and simply seasoned beans, it's completely satisfying.

Tried the parched corn grits and really enjoyed the flavor and texture. I made a tasty tamale pie or simply use a slow cooker method after soaking grits over night.

Best grits I have ever cooked! Make sure to look up ratio/cook time if you are used to finer ground grits. These take just a bit longer, but it is worth it! I love the flavor and texture.
