Great tasting pancakes.

The Blue Corn pancake/waffle mix is delicious. I made pancakes they great tasting and very filling.
I couldn't believe how sweet tasting the mix is; I only used a little butter, they didn't need syrup.
Try them you won't be sorry.

great waffle mix

This is nice to keep in your cupboard for those times you just don't want to mix up batter from scratch. I've actually never used it for pancakes because I'd rather have waffles any day. The blue corn gives these a lovely flavor!
