    Started buying guajillo powder after a visit to AZ years ago. Its warm flavor adds depth to just about any soup or casserole, or even a pot of steamed
    vegetables. I have shared it many, many times with friends and have noticed that traditional spice companies, late to the party, have introduced their own versions. The reason to buy it here is because NS/Search is devoted to selling local seeds and plants and promoting healthy diets among native cultures, as well as research into those cultures' history. (Yes, I'm also a donor.) Long may it thrive.
