    Authentic Flavor Without the Extra Heat

    I’ve tried several birria spice blends before, but most of them missed that unique, authentic birria flavor - either too spicy or just not quite right. This one really hit the mark! I used it with about a five-pound chuck roast in my pressure cooker, adding water and letting it cook for around 1 hour and 45 minutes. The result was tender, flavorful meat with that classic birria taste I’ve been looking for. It wasn’t overly spicy, just well-balanced and delicious. I was genuinely impressed and will definitely be purchasing it again.
