Excellent Flavor and Spicyness

I add these to mole to give some extra heat. Absolutely incredible smokiness and spicy heat. If you want to layer a dish with peppers and heat, these will do the trick.

Perfect topping for pizza

These little smoked chiltepins are delicious! We ground them lightly to top a ricotta/prosciutto/gouda pizza, it was so very good. We are so glad to have found the smoked chiltepins.
