    • Salvia tiliifolia. (Tarahumara Chia). A native plant from southeastern Arizona to South America. The tiny flowers and lush foliage makes this an attractive landscape plant for summer gardens. The plants will grow up to 3 feet tall and produce delicate blue flowers. Gathered and used medicinally by the Rarámuri. From our Seed-Bank Collection.

      • Origin: high desert, 5577' elevation
      • Can grow well in the low desert
      • Plant seeds with the summer rains about 1/4 inch deep. 
      • Approx. 0.2g/100 seeds per packet.
