• The most representative and traditional mole of Oaxaca with 32 ingredients-- including almonds, raisins, peanuts, chocolate, chiles and banana. 
• Does not contain gluten but is not certified gluten-free
• 8 oz paste--add to sauteed onions, broth and pair with meat or vegetarian dishes--yields up to 32 ounces of prepared sauce. 
• Ingredients: Dried chili peppers, sugar, sesame seeds, vegetable oil (contains one or more of the following: corn oil, soybean oil, or safflower oil), onion, garlic, chocolate, plantains, peanuts, almonds, raisins, tomatoes, celery, cinnamon, black pepper, clove, cumin, iodized salt (this salt provides iodide, a necessary nutrient), benzoate sodium and potassium sorbate. Allergens: contains peanut, almond, soy and walnut.
