I've traditionally used Pinto beans and then discovered Anasazi beans. They were delicious and held their shape after cooking much better than Pintos. I recommend them!
Ham and Beans soup was good. I’ll be adding the beans to other recipes.
These are really good and tender beans, a little sweet. I use them in place of pinto beans in chili.
