    • This handwoven round basket is by Char Molisto and measures approximately 4 inches in diameter and 4 inches high.

    Plant materials are hand gathered from the Sonoran Desert for basket weaving. The interior green coils (warp) are native Beargrass and the white stitches (weft) woven around the coils are sun-bleached Soaptree Yucca. 

    Keep away from sunlight to maintain color variations.

Char Molisto basket better than photo

Char Molisto basket purchased at gift shop at Casa Grande National Monument and is much better in real life than the picture. Enjoyed our tour and glad we saw her work at the gift shop.
