    The Navajo herbs (*proprietary blend) in this salve helps relieve discomfort associated with arthritis and and sore muscles.  The salve can be rubbed directly into affected areas.  It can also be applied with heat like a hot towel, heating pad or after a hot shower or bath.  In traditional way the herb was used in conjunction with the sweat lodge.

I think the rub helps joint pain a little, but it doesn't knock it out.

Great product

This little can is filled with a great product for arthritic hands. I take this with me wherever I go, it has no smell, and best of all it works. I rub it in well and in a short time my hands stop aching. It usually lasts until it is washed off.
