Possibly the Best Vanilla

A humble essential, like salt and oil. Unassuming until you come across a vanilla extract that truly enhances food. This one is from a family that's been making extract for over a hundred years, in southern Mexico--a bit more "local" than Madagascar. It holds up in either baked, cooked, or uncooked things. Heavenly aroma, less alcohol than most. Just-right 3.3 oz bottle. I hope it's available for the rest of my life.

Mexican vanilla is so good!!

I have only ever had McCormick's vanilla or similar. Also tried vanilla beans. This Mexican vanilla is different in good ways and will get it again!
