Capsicum annuum. "Red chile." From Norogachi, a Rarámuri (Tarahumara) pueblo in highland Chihuahua. Relatively thin-walled and smooth-skinned triangular fruit. Looks almost translucent when dry. Will produce in the low desert with shade and care, but does better the second year if over-wintered. From our Seed-Bank Collection.
