Zea mays.  Grown in several communities south of Navajoa, Sonora, Mexico. Large fat ears on very tall plants, 10-12' high.  Most ears are yellow or white, though pink or blue kernels sometimes appear.  Occasional red cobs also turn up in this variety. From our Seed Bank Collection.
