Zea mays.  Lovely deep blue kernels borne on red cobs and white cobs.  This beautiful blue corn from Jemez Pueblo was grown at the farm of Bidii Baby Foods LLC, a Navajo owned and operated business on the Navajo Nation.  They are rebuilding indigenous foodways by growing traditional corn varieties and using traditional methods to create tasty and nutritious baby food.
