      • Grown by Ramona Farms, an Akimel O'odham owned business located on the Gila River Indian Reservation near Sacaton, AZ. Made from heirloom Pima 60 Day Corn, an ancient corn prized for its flavor and texture. The kernels are mesquite parched and stone milled to produce this delicious ancient "fast" food used by Pima runners as they traveled from village to village carrying important news. 7 grams of protein per quarter cup!

      Mix 2-3 heaping tablespoons into an 8 oz. glass of water, juice or smoothie. Sprinkle on yogurt or cereal or in hot chocolate. Corn Pinole also makes a great coffee creamer. A nutritious, high energy snack food and excellent source of protein, fiber and carbohydrates. Enjoy!
