Scones

I used the Lemon Poppy Seed Scones recipe I received with my order. Loved the healthy ingredients! I decided to change it a little by using a coffee yogurt and subbing tsp of cinnamon to replace the poppy seeds. It came out really good! Maybe I'll put in some chopped nuts next time. Thank you for such a wonderful product!

Love this flour made from the native mesquite!
Healthy and delicious!

Love this flour!

I have used this flour in everything from pancakes, to cookies (used in a molasses cookie recipe alongside some homemade saguaro syrup in place of molasses), to coffee. It has a great taste and is everything mesquite flour should be. However, a little disappointed because we live in Tucson, AZ; the flour from Native Seeds SEARCH should ideally be local, not imported. Hopefully someday soon!

love the nutty flavor. add it to almost all baked good. waffles! mesquite flour, sorghum flour, teff or spelt flour = excellent flavor.
