  • Zea mays. A soft white flour corn grown with minimal irrigation at Tesuque pueblo in New Mexico. This is a Pueblo-type white corn but doesn't have roots at one particular Pueblo.  Great for making fine corn meal; or for chicos or elotes if harvested in the milk stage.

    • Origin: High desert
    • Flour Corn
    • Roughly 55-70 days to pollination and around 80 days to milk stage.
    • Approx 13 g/50 seeds per packet.
    • Limit 3 packets.
