    I just emailed the company before I saw D's review, questioning this listing. I asked them to clarify which seeds they are selling because I want the Tufted Evening Primrose (Oenothera caespitosa), ans pictured,and not the Oenothera pallida, as described. This oversight is not what I have come to expect from Native Seed Search, and I hope to see it corrected soon.

    UPDATE: Native Seeds Search promptly updated their page for this product, replacing the wrong picture with the correct one. (I hope D sees this, and I thank him for catching the error.) I am revising my earlier 2-star review (based on the error) to a 4-star review (based on their prompt resolution of the error). Unfortunately, I can't give a 5-star review because I won't be ordering this seed, as I was looking for Tufted Evening Primrose. (But I have given them a 5-star review in the past, on a different product, and I highly recommend them as a provider of native seeds.)

    Beautiful flowers

    Direct sowed in New Mexico xeriscape yard. Big, beautiful flowers for a few weeks, though some deer or rabbits also enjoyed them. Average germination rate.
