Jacqueline (she/they) started their year of AmeriCorps service at NS/S in August 2024. They previously farmed at Good Stead Farm in Michigan and at Tucson Village Farm. She is passionate about local foods and inclusive food systems. Prior to her life as a farm worker, Jacqueline worked in economics research where she focused on the causes of and solutions to poverty.Jacqueline has a BA in Economics from Allegheny College. When they aren't in the garden, they can be found snacking, playing ultimate frisbee, competing against friends in board games, and reading books.
