    Red Hatch can be had in the midwest!

    Green fresh Hatch has been starting to be available in the Chicago area but they are the mild ones.
    A Phoenix restaurant had the best Red Hatch pepper salsa!
    The owner explained she always orders reds at a heat level of 4 or 5.
    Unfortunately, no midwest outlets have fresh or powdered red: only green with 1- 2 heat level
