Sustainably harvested mesquite pods from two native varietals, Honey Mesquite (Prosopis glandulosa) and Velvet Mesquite (Neltuma velutina), are milled together.

Notes of cinnamon, chocolate with warm, earthy undertones. Honey Mesquite leans sweeter and more caramel-forward. Velvet Mesquite brings deeper, almost malt-like complexity. 

High in protein (12.4%) and exceptionally rich in fiber (32g per 100g serving). Naturally gluten-free with significant potassium, calcium, and iron. 

Add a tablespoon or two to your favorite baked goods- pancakes, muffins, cookies, bread or tortillas - for a completely unique taste. Note: mesquite flour should be used in addition with your favorite flour for best results. A little goes a long way!

Store in the fridge or freezer to extend shelf life up to 6 months
