Phaseolus vulgaris.  Large white beans often sold in markets from southern Sonora and northern Sinaloa to the Sierra Tarahumara.  The green bean has a good flavor.  From our seed bank collection.

• Origin: high desert
• Pole bean
• Day length sensitive; may not have time to produce well in northern climates.  Plant with monsoon rains in the low desert.
• Approx. 15g/50 seeds per packet.
