    They are the best!!! I grew up on frozen “Birdseye” frozen green lima beans and nearly choke when I think of them, hence the hesitancy to tray another. But we did and have enjoyed your Christmas LB in a bean cake recipe with chickpeas.

    I made the Christmas Lima beans for Christmas dinner with my elderly parents. They were so delicious, with a nutty flavor and texture. They made our dinner extra special and delicious. I’m going to be ordering more of them!!!

    Look like my dad’s

    I haven’t cooked them yet but they look like the ones my dad used to grow. He’d make a big pot and we’d eat them for days. I’m so excited to try them!

    Love the limas!

    Pressure cooked these, and they were soft, full of flavor and delicious. I’m often not a big fan of lima beans but these were delicious!
