    Love those cannellini!

    Great beans for a fulfilling meal. Nice mushiness, great flavor. Add a smoked pepper of some kind, and some tomatoes for a tasty base. Then check the refrigerator and the garden for additions from cilantro to ham.

    Great Beans!

    I just happened to have cooked up a lb of beans 2 days ago and they came out great. You could tell they were fresh because they cooked up quickly and kept their shape - that isn't always the case with dried beans.
