    wife scared of cilantro

    my wife doesn't typically care for too much cilantro, so I'm going to try this out as an alternative to chimichurri for grilled cuts of beef heavily discounted for quick sale by our neighborhood supermarket ~ any thought to developing a pesto using native pinon (pine) nuts?
