I love these beans! I soak them, add sage leaves, a whole bulb of garlic and olive oil and braise in a 325 F oven for 3 hours. they are awesome and i will be buying them again,

Delicious and hearty!

I just made my first batch yesterday. These are so plump and hearty and tasty. I love how they cook in a crockpot. I wanted a bean that wouldn't fall to mush when cooked and they didn't disappoint. I seasoned them with some salt, olive oil, and rosemary. I plan to include them in salad. Thanks for having these available!
