These organic heirloom white tepary beans are a nutrient-rich, drought-tolerant staple of the Sonoran Desert. Grown by Native communities for generations, they’re naturally sweet yet savory with a creamy texture, high in fiber and protein, and low glycemic.

Cooking instructions: Soak overnight. Drain and add fresh water (3 cups per cup of beans). Bring to a boil, then simmer with lid ajar for about 90 minutes, or until tender.

NON-GMO. Grown without pesticides or herbicides.

Keep it simple cooked with a little onion, Mexican oregano and chiltepine from the garden they are delicious

Lots of flavor in a small package.
