Pima Corn Grits

Delicious!

Good grits, but not like southern grits. More nutty and grainy.

Truly delightful. Perfect texture and beautifully aromatic, these grits are unequivocally the greatest.

These are the best grits I have ever had! The flavor is deep and complex. I used my instant pot but will experiment with different cooking methods in the future.

These grits, cooked slow with broth, onion, and chopped greens make a beautiful meal. With roasted potato--any kind, from white to sweet--and simply seasoned beans, it's completely satisfying.
