    Yellow Eye beans are the best

    Now the only bean I will use with ham. Slow cook in an InstaPot for 6 hours and then pressure cook for 30 and they turn out perfect. I add some green chili powder as well for a xtra goodness.

    I like these because they don’t disintegrate if I don’t cook them too long. They do have a nice flavor.
