Seeds for growing greens for salads, stir-fries, stews, smoothies and more.  See also our Lettuce page.  These greens like cool weather best.  Many are quite frost tolerant.  In the low desert, plant in fall or in late winter.  In higher elevations or northern climates, plant in late summer through fall or in early spring.
