      • Gossypium hirsutum.  Originating in Central America and traded north, this variety was grown by the Hopi from time immemorial. It has a short growing season (100 days) and produces small bolls. Will continue to flower throughout fall in frost-free zones. Our original seed came from a USDA research geneticist.  From our Seed Bank Collection.

      • A warm season crop that requires hot weather
      • Plants grow to about 3' tall
      • Approx. 2g/20 seeds per packet.
      • Limit 3 packets.

    So thankful!

    With all of the changes in local climate and food availability, Native Seed Search is a life saver. So grateful for heirloom seeds with diverse genetics. I bought everything in late fall, and the winter here isn’t conducive to growing food, so I’m excited to plant everything in the spring and summer.
