White Mountain Apache

Sorghum bicolor.  Red-seeded sorghum from Cibeque, Arizona on the White Mountain Apache Reservation, where it was grown on the edges of corn fields.  Grown for the sweet canes. From our Seed Bank Collection.

• Origin: high desert, about 5000' elevation
• Plants average 7' tall
• Approx. 2g/75 seeds per packet.
