Just sampled my first batch. These are delicious boiled for 30 min. with a package of frozen seasoning veggies and some bacon bits Mmm!

They look good, but haven't cooked them.

I'm holding them for future use. Don't have good cooking directions.

These are great!

The whole family loved these. Unique texture, very beautiful, great conversation starter.

I liked the Black Lentils much better the first time than the other times, don't know why, but I'll still with my most favorite Bolitas!
