The freshest tortillas are made using corn masa and a heavy duty tortilla press. This traditional cast aluminum press flattens dough into a round tortilla shape thin enough to cook through with enough substance for your tacos or enchiladas. For best results, use wax paper in between dough and tortilla press when pressing down. Dough will easily peel off.
